PARTY FUNCTION -
CIRCUS
The Welfare Office recently organised for Happy's
Circus to come to Lille Barracks. This was the last event
being organised for families back home, provided by
www.happyscircus.co.uk.
This was a fantastic day that was attended by nearly 300 people
with free popcorn, candyfloss, hotdogs and burgers. Together
with a raffle with over £600 of prizes to be won, star prizes
being a portable DVD player with DVD’s, a family meal for 4 at
Brewster’s and a framed shirt (with certificate of authenticity)
worn by Kevin Webster from Coronation Street! It was also
fantastic to see the Families Officer present, who had just
returned from his recent ‘Quarter Tour’ of Op Telic 6.
